Hot Stone

This Ayurvedic tradition began, 5,000 years ago. Placement and manipulation of these stones along meridian channels promotes deeper muscle relaxation, as the heat sends a message to the central nervous system, saying, let go and tensions just melt away. 


Myofascial-Trigger Point Release

Tulasana wants to take your healing to the next level. In a practice of gentle sustained pressure we can eliminate pain and restore motion.

Fascia the sheet of connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, bones, organs, and nerve fibers, sometimes holds Trigger Points, causing tight restrictive bands to form. Tulasana's Myofascial sessions are paced slowly to access these points with ease. Those stubborn knots might as well pack their bags.

The Flight

The Flight, is a Swedish Massage using gentle to deep pressure; employing long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, and tapping to help achieve that atmospheric calm, restoring balance and an effortless energy within. 

The Destination

This is the place for you. The Destination Massage will "send you", as the old saying goes... honest we do. 

In addition to the Swedish techniques, Tulasana blends, Deep Tissue and Joint Movement Stretching. into this flow. It addresses commonly tight areas, with a fluid precision, that will uplift and renew the senses.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:


ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE- 

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to settle in, tailor your massage, and enjoy amenities. 

All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.




CANCELATION POLICY- 

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.  This is a common courtesy to all.
